Greetings to all those who make things or perform arts. All too often,
there are arts displays during events that are hidden away, and poorly
attended. Even the premier A&S events in the kingdom (A&S, Craftspersons
Fair, and Authentic Artifacts Showcase) can be secreted away or held
during important tourneys where they receive inadequate attention. Even
when such events are well advertised and well displayed, it is rare to
get a chance to see the artisans with their pieces and to talk with and
learn from their experience. Thus, it is Our goal to focus on the arts
at Our coronation in the shire of Rockwall Mundanely Janesville WI, just
south of Madison WI) on the 28th of September. We would ask that all
artisans who are able please attend Us and bring examples of the beauty
and knowledge that is The Dragon's Horde. Projects that are in progress
are also quite welcome. Also, please be prepared to spend some time with
(and perhaps even working on) your projects. In this way, those who "ohh
and ahhh," may meet with and learn from the makers (and thereby be
encouraged to increase the Dragons wealth). No documentation is
required with any item, but it is not discouraged either. Handouts with
plans, helpful hints, sources of ideas, etc. and paper for sharing
contact information would be generous and may prove most useful. It is
Our intention to spend a large amount of the time between morning and
evening court meeting with the artisans. Please forward widely.
